Membership Dues – due annually by July 31st

Certifications – due by July 31st

- USA Gymnastics Safety Certification to Safety & Risk Management (must re-certify every 4 years) – additional fee required
- Background check (must complete screening process every 2 years) – additional fee required
- Safety & Response (must complete designated safe sport course every year, on or after August 1)
Continuing Professional Education – due by May 31st
- Submit CPE form annually by May 31 (or as soon as you complete it so you are eligible to judge in the fall) to Peggy Bialla at m_bialla@comcast.com
